The ongoing generosity of people like you has enabled clinical programs and services, education and training, promising health-related research projects, equipment and mission activities to continue here at Mater.

Generations of Queenslanders have had their lives changed for the better, because of people like you. But the community's need for this work to continue is greater than ever before.

Your donation will directly touch our patients—from a pregnant mother and her unborn baby through to a terminally ill patient—by helping to fund specialised medical equipment, patient facilities and support programs, as well as health-related research and staff education and training. And for that, we can't thank you enough.

We simply couldn't do what we do without the support of people like you.

As well as meeting Mater’s current needs, we set aside funds to ensure we can support the work of Mater well into the future, through our endowment fund.

But continuing to offer exceptional healthcare, education and research comes at a very large cost.

Without your ongoing support of Mater, the tiniest baby born—as early as 24 weeks—or elderly people needing surgical support or disease treatment, wouldn’t be able to receive the care and hope they need.
